IAOP® Recognizes IBA Group in The 2015 Global Outsourcing 100

The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) published The Global Outsourcing 100^®,  the listing of the world's top outsourcing service providers and advisors in a special advertising feature of the 2nd Quarter 2015 FORTUNE 500 issue of FORTUNE® magazine.IBA Group  http://www.ibagroupit.com, one of the largest IT companies in Eastern Europe, is included in the Leaders category and recognized for innovation and delivery excellence.

On June 8, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) unveiled the recognitions and sub-lists of The 2015 Global Outsourcing 100^®  http://www.iaop.org/Content/19/165/4129 . This year, numerical ratings were replaced with half star and full star recognitions.

Now in its tenth year, The Global Outsourcing 100 recognizes the world's best outsourcing service providers. Companies of all sizes, from around the world and from across the entire outsourcing industry, including information technology outsourcing, business process outsourcing, facility services, real estate, design, testing, manufacturing, and logistics applied for inclusion on The Global Outsourcing 100 list.

The Global Outsourcing 100 comprises both larger established global firms referred to as 'Leaders' and smaller, faster growing firms referred to as 'Rising Stars.' The final list is composed of the top 75 Leaders and top 25 Rising Stars.

The achievements were assessed based on the following four distinct areas: Delivery; Programs for Innovation; Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); and Size & Growth. Those companies that have distinguished themselves receive half or full stars in one or more specific judging category.

The Programs for Innovation category of the IAOP's Global Outsourcing 100 focuses not just on specific examples but on the programs that service providers have in place to identify and implement innovative solutions.  IAOP evaluated programs for innovation in The Global Outsourcing 100 for the first time.      

IBA Group received a full star recognition with the highest 8 score in the innovation category. This accomplishment looks especially impressive because the average score for innovation of the participating companies was 3.52.    

IBA Group showed in its application that innovation is not a one-shot job for the company. IBA Group created a company-wide Registry of Innovations. A special procedure on how to apply and approve or reject the ideas was implemented and a special venture fund formed to finance innovation.

IBA Group implemented many successful initiatives through its innovation program, including a mobile version of the IBA's enterprise content management system and an Automated Fare Collection (AFC) system that earned a European IT & Software Excellence award for IBA Group.  

Delivery Excellence is another strong area for IBA Group. The category includes company recognitions, customer references, company certifications, and the number of Certified Outsourcing Professionals on staff. This year, IAOP awarded IBA Group a half star for Delivery Excellence with a score of 7.25.
