DeRosa served as IAP's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the past three years, successfully stabilizing and growing IAP on the heels of a 2014 restructuring. DeRosa previously served as Executive Vice President & CFO for Kestrel – Boeing Defense, Space & Security, and President of DRS Electronics Systems Group.
