IBC Makes Key Marketing Appointments to Build on Successful 2010 Event

LONDON, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- IBC is delighted to announce the appointment of Kelly Hyde as IBC Marketing Manager and Charlotte Pudney as Marketing Consultant.

Both Kelly and Charlotte will be part of IBC's Executive Management Committee, which is the key project group responsible for managing and delivering IBC each September.

IBC CEO Michael Crimp says, "Kelly and Charlotte have worked closely together since May 2010 and their complementary skills and excellent teamwork were instrumental in IBC2010 attracting the 2nd biggest attendance in its history."

Kelly joined IBC in 2008 as Assistant Marketing Manager. She holds a marketing degree and offers over 9 years of marketing experience including a high level of knowledge in digital marketing. As well as taking responsibility for the creation management and delivery of IBC's event marketing plan, Kelly will manage IBC's in-house marketing team of three.

Charlotte has 15 years experience in event marketing having worked for Reed, Emap and UBM and consulted for UBM, Clarion Events, Fresh RM and Advanstar. Charlotte has worked with IBC in an interim capacity since May 2010. Charlotte will remain involved and play a leading role in IBC's marketing activities while maintaining her independent consultant status. This will enable IBC to benefit from her broad event experience through IBC2011 and beyond.
