WASHINGTON, Dec. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- IBEX Global announced today that the company has appointed Paul Williams to succeed John Veino as Chief Information Officer, effective immediately.
Williams was most recently the Chief Technology Officer of Cantor Gaming, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald focused on revolutionizing the global Gaming industry. At Cantor, Williams was responsible for overseeing major technology initiatives, and managing $100MM infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Toronto, Dallas and Las Vegas. "John and I worked closely together over the last six months to find the right individual capable of spearheading our global IT organization," said Steve Kezirian, IBEX Global's Chief Executive Officer. "Paul understands the intersection of technology and product development and has the recognized ability to set strategy and drive innovation at significant scale for our clients."
Williams brings to IBEX Global more than 15 years of experience in infrastructure management and application development. Prior to his role at Cantor, he was the Deputy Director of Infrastructure at BGC partners in London and the Global Head of infrastructure at eSpeed where he managed a worldwide staff responsible for global networks, help desk, market data administration, IT financial reporting, and product architecture and design.
