The company also unveiled the closing of its pre-seed round, led by FalconX and other notable investors and industry executives across digital assets, institutional credit, capital markets, and financial infrastructure. Anchorage Digital Bank, N.A., will serve as a custody, banking, and design partner, while Innovating Capital will provide additional expertise in credit, transaction structuring, and strategic development.

Ibis originates, tokenizes, risk-manages, and services structured credit facilities, connecting institutional capital providers with companies looking to access new sources of scalable credit. The company was founded to address a structural gap in frontier-market credit, as traditional lending infrastructure often isn't designed for emerging industries with complex risk profiles and rapidly evolving collateral.
