IBS Group Ranked by IDC as Russia's Largest IT Services Provider in 2010

IBS Group, a leading software development and IT services provider in Eastern Europe, was ranked as the largest Russian IT company by market share in the influential IDC survey for the fifth consecutive year.

According to IDC, a well-respected global provider of market intelligence in the IT, telecoms, and consumer technology markets, IBS Group was the leading Russian IT services provider in 2010 with 6.2% share of the Russian IT services marketin 2010 compared to 5.3% for its nearest competitor.

IBS Group was also ranked as number one in the business applications implementation segment with a market share of 17.1%. This was achieved primarily through multi-industry expertise of IBS IT Services, a member of IBS Group and a leading Russia IT services provider, in business applications implementation on the SAP and Oracle platforms.

According to IDC, the Russian IT services market grew by 29% year-over-year in 2010 to US$ 4.7 billion. IDC forecasts Russian IT services market to reach approximately US$5.8 billion in 2011, a 24% year-over-year increase.
