This is a feeder fund managed by iCapital Advisors, LLC. iCapital VRF invests in alternative investments, including private equity funds and hedge funds to which some, including smaller investors, might not be able to otherwise get involved in. iCapital VRF was invested in Virage Capital Management LP, which was heavily invested in MSP Recovery (formerly D/B/A LifeWallet). MSP Recovery's (MSPR) stock has seen a serious decline. This may now be impacting not only those that directly invested in the healthcare recovery and analytics company, but also those that were indirect investors, including iCapital VRF investors.

iCapital VRF appears to have been marketed and sold to Houston investors and other Texas investors.
