ICAT Logistics Moves Les Misérables: The Arena Concert Spectacular From Brisbane to Taipei in Five Days

DALLAS, Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Producers of Les Misérables, The Arena Concert Spectacular, needed to move the show from Brisbane to Taipei on a strict deadline, the production however had outgrown the original transport plan it started the tour with. ICAT Logistics, a specialized logistics company built for high-value, time-critical moves, transported the production inside a tight five-day window.

With 48 airline pallets, the production exceeded the weight and volume capacity of a single air charter flight. The logistics grew more complex as the tour added equipment mid-transit, forcing ICAT to continually recalculate routing, load consolidation, and air capacity. Because every addition required updated customs filings across multiple international jurisdictions, seamless compliance was critical to avoiding border delays that could disrupt the event schedule.
