North Woodstock's hand-built ice attraction returns this winter; additional locations to be announced soon.
NORTH WOODSTOCK, N.H., Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Ice Castles today announced it will return to its longtime home in North Woodstock, New Hampshire, for the 2026–27 winter season, once again transforming the White Mountains into a glowing, hand-built world of ice.
Guests will be welcomed at 24 Clark Farm Road, North Woodstock, NH 03262, where frozen tunnels, archways, towers, slides and caverns — all sculpted entirely from ice — come alive at night with color-changing LED lights glowing from within the walls.
"The Lincoln–Woodstock area has been a cornerstone community for Ice Castles, and we can't wait to bring another season of winter magic to families across New England and beyond," said Brent Christensen, Founder and Chief Creative Officer.
Each castle is built by a team of ice artisans who grow, harvest and hand-place tens of thousands of icicles over several weeks. Ice Castles hopes to open in late December, depending on the weather, and remains open into early March.
Opening dates depend on winter ice and weather conditions. Guests who want to know when tickets go on sale can subscribe for updates at icecastles.com or via the season interest list: Ice Castles Subscriber Link

About Ice Castles: Ice Castles has been bringing fairy tales to life since its inception in 2010. Founder Brent Christensen developed the patented process used to create Ice Castles while attempting to build a winter playground for his kids in the front yard of their home in Alpine, Utah. The project drew crowds who came out to tour Christensen's frozen creation. Ice Castles has since turned into an internationally renowned attraction with locations across North America.
