iCIMS Named One of the Fastest Growing Companies in NJ

This is the fourth consecutive year iCIMS, Inc. has been named to the list.

The NJBIZ Fifty Fastest Growing Companies awards program celebrates the most dynamic companies that contribute to the success of the New Jersey's economic stability and growth. To qualify, companies were required to meet selection criteria including a revenue size of at least $500,000 within the past three out of four years and revenue growth over a four-year period, dating from fiscal year 2008 to 2011. Presenting sponsor, Parente Beard, LLC, calculated the nominations and then ranked the companies according to revenue growth over the four-year period. Both dollar and percentage increases were taken into consideration.

From 2008 to 2011, iCIMS' revenue grew nearly 64%, affording the company another year on NJBIZ's competitive list. iCIMS is joined by Linode, Quick Check Corp., and Preferred Freezer Services in earning a spot on the prestigious list. The company was also recognized for its increased revenue earlier this year by being ranked on the Inc. 500 l 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in America for the seventh consecutive year. In addition to maintaining strong revenue growth, iCIMS has also grown its client base to over 1,300 organizations worldwide and increased full-time employee headcount to over 240. The ranking on NJBIZ's list comes on the heels of even further expansion of the organization, with iCIMS' recent Canadian distribution partnership with Workopolis and the acquisition of former partner, Jobmagic.
