The Inc. magazine Inc. 500 l 5000 list is an annual display of the country's most successful and flourishing organizations, many of which progress to become national icons. iCIMS joins Yelp, Chobani, Giftcards.com, KIND, and famed hat-maker Tilly's, among other prominent brands featured on this year's list. Companies are ranked based on their percentage of overall revenue growth for the past three years. In a stagnant economic environment, median growth rate of 2012 Inc. 500 l 5000 companies remains an impressive 97 percent. The companies on this year's list report having created over 400,000 jobs in the past three years, and aggregate revenue among the honorees reached $299 billion. iCIMS' inclusion on Inc.'s list of fastest-growing companies is the direct result of impressive revenue growth between 2008 and 2011, with an overall revenue increase of approximately 61% during that time frame. The company also scaled dramatically during this period, increasing employee headcount by nearly 60%. iCIMS ended the first half of 2012 with a strong 22% increase in revenue versus the first six months of 2011. iCIMS' growth can be attributed to providing clients of all sizes with a scalable, easy-to-use, best-of-breed Applicant Track System (ATS) that is backed by award-winning 24/5 customer support.

The organization has leveraged its increase in revenue to make numerous advancements to further grow and progress the company.
