Monmouth University (MU) has formed a strong referral relationship with the talent acquisition provider through participation in the annual Spring Career Fair held on the West Long Branch campus. With twenty-two MU alumni currently based at iCIMS' corporate headquarters in Matawan, NJ, the relationship has proven to be equally valuable for both establishments.
