PALM BEACH, Fla., Feb. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- John Barrett officially marks the opening of his Palm Beach salon today with a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the entrance into the Palm Beach community.

John Barrett, and renowned holistic skincare authority Tammy Fender have formed a partnership to bring Tammy Fender's legendary spa treatments and revolutionary skin care collection to John Barrett Palm Beach, and to future John Barrett locations.  John Barrett Palm Beach will feature two treatment rooms dedicated exclusively to Tammy Fender spa treatments, with aestheticians selected and trained by Tammy herself.

Palm Beach Salon Design
The new 3,200 sq. ft. salon, designed by notable architect Daniel Romualdez, is an expression of how John Barrett has developed over the past two decades. Inspired by the life of the artist himself – from the Irish countryside, to his salon and home in New York City – the space is designed to feel luxe while remaining warm and welcoming.

The Palm Beach location has a dedicated retail space, tranquil outdoor garden courtyard, styling and color areas, manicure and pedicure stations, as well as private treatment rooms. The salon features black, high-gloss French doors that lead customers out into a lush tropical garden courtyard.  The brand's signature lavender terrazzo floor runs throughout the space complemented by the warm and textured native Florida pecky cypress wood.

John Barrett Future Plans
There are plans to expand nationally with 15 more salons opening across the U.S. in five years. The salons will differentiate themselves in the category by selling a well-edited selection of coveted high performance hair care, skincare and cosmetic products, a full range of beauty services and merchandise from exclusive collaborations beyond the beauty category – notably jewelry and accessories.
