ID Media Wins A Top Honor at IPG Inclusion Awards

IPG Mediabrands Agency Honored with Gold "Agency Champion of Inclusion" Award

NEW YORK, July 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- ID Media, an IPG Mediabrands media agency, was awarded the gold "Agency Champion of Inclusion" award at Interpublic Group's Inclusion Awards last night. The award – among the event's top prizes – recognizes an agency and its leadership for demonstrating an outstanding commitment to foster a climate of inclusion in the workplace.

ID Media also won a gold award in the "Inclusive Talent Cultivation" category. "Inclusive Talent Cultivation" recognizes an agency that successfully recruits and hires diverse talent at all levels. To cap off the event, Danielle Dorter, SVP, Director of Human Resources at the agency, was named IPG's Chief Diversity Officer of the Year, a distinction reserved for the human resources executive who stewards the Agency Champion of Inclusion's diversity practices.

The IPG Inclusion Awards were established to recognize agencies and individuals who are making a real difference by "walking the walk" on diversity and inclusion. Entries were judged on the basis of submissions that demonstrated measurable achievements and tangible results for activities that occurred during calendar year 2014.

These three award wins bring the agency's total number of IPG Inclusion Award wins to ten.
