The survey results indicated high levels of employee satisfaction with the company, including:

- 82% of respondents agreed IDEAL is living up to its values of kindness, integrity, respect, accountability, growth, and sustainability.
- 73% of respondents indicated they intended to stay with the company, a significantly higher than average level of employee satisfaction. In contrast, a 2024 study indicated nearly half (46%) of all U.S. employees were considering leaving their current jobs.
- 88% of respondents indicated that IDEAL Industries, Inc. meets or exceeds their expectations.
