IDM to Ship 11,000 Tons of SpheriChrome™ to China
COOS BAY, Ore., June 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- IDM International Limited ("IDM") (OTCQX: ILMCY) (ASX: IDM), a minerals processing company focused on developing the Southern Oregon Mineral Sands Project, announces loading of its first large bulk shipment is planned to begin June 20, 2012. The 11,000 tons of SpheriChrome™ is now staged at a dock and warehouse facility in Coos Bay for loading next week and bound for China. This shipment of SpheriChrome™ is being purchased by a leading marketing company in the mineral sands industry.

SpheriChrome is a specialty casting sand mined in Coos Bay Oregon State by Oregon Resources Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. It became available in the fall of 2011 and is a chromite sand with a round grain structure and is finer than typical chromite sand making it unique. The United States distributor is HA International. In the USA foundry industry publication 'Modern Castings' a short article was published this month describing the product, some applications and its use by Columbus Castings, the largest single-site steel foundry in the world.
