ieCrowd Announces Plan to Extend the Closing Date of Its IPO Offering

RIVERSIDE, Calif., Sept. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Innovation Economy Corporation ("ieCrowd^TM"), a life and health innovation commercialization company currently conducting its initial public offering (its "IPO"), today announced plans to extend the closing date of its IPO from September 30^th to October 30^th. ieCrowd will shortly be filing an amendment to its IPO prospectus with the SEC in order to effectuate the extension.

ieCrowd also expects to make additional changes when it amends its IPO prospectus, and will be distributing the amended prospectus to prospective investors once the SEC declares the amendment effective. TriPoint Global Equities, LLC is acting as selling agent for the IPO.
