RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) has been named as a Fortune magazine and Great Place To Work® 2026 Best Workplaces in Health Care™, ranking No. 34 on the nationally recognized list.
This is the fifth year in a row the local health plan has been recognized by the publication and Great Place To Work. The local health plan was credited for fostering a positive, uplifting environment with opportunities for personal and career development.
"What an incredible recognition to receive as we celebrate 30 years of 'Caring Together,'" said IEHP Chief Executive Officer Jarrod McNaughton. "This honor reflects the culture our team has built — one rooted in inclusion, opportunity and a shared commitment to our mission."
The Best Workplaces Health Care award is based on analysis of survey responses from nearly 222,000 employees at Great Place To Work™ companies in the healthcare industry. IEHP earned designation in April as a Great Place To Work for the sixth year in a row.
The survey tracks responses in five categories and 15 subcategories such as credibility and respect and how fair employees are treated throughout the organizations.
The 2026 Great Place To Work survey was sent to more than 3,800 IEHP team members, with 87% surveyed saying the local health plan is a great place to work.
"Our team members are deeply committed to serving our members and communities, and we are equally committed to investing in their growth, development and long-term success," said IEHP Chief People Officer Supriya Sood. "Our hope is that every team member who walks through our doors feels valued and appreciated throughout their career journey with us."
IEHP and others featured in 2026 were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, work status or other demographic factors, the company said.
"Congratulations to the Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care," said CEO of Great Place to Work Michael C. Bush. "People are at the heart of work in every industry, and healthcare is no exception. These companies show how delivering for your people drives financial performance and turns the future into the confidence to win."
