iFixYouri opens two new Palm Beach County Locations

JUPITER, Fla., Dec. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- iFixYouri opened two new retail locations, expanding their coverage in smartphone, tablet, and computer repair in South Florida to the town of Jupiter and adding a second location to Palm Beach Gardens. These stores are the newest additions to iFixYouri's presence in the Florida market, with 15 locations total in Florida and Massachusetts.

Both retail locations, located next to Publix at the intersection of Military Trail & Donald Ross Road and just west of I-95 on Northlake Blvd, provide walk-in repair services for the public who are in need of any type of tablet, computer, or smartphone repair. Most repairs can be completed while customers wait. The electronics repair experts at iFixYouri are known for their top-notch customer service, backed with affordable pricing on all repair services.

iFixYouri's execs are very proud of both locations. "iFixYouri is proud to expand our electronics repair services throughout South Florida. Our repair experience and quality customer service provide a great value to the residents of Jupiter," said Chris Johncke, CEO of iFixYouri. "In addition to serving the Abacoa community, this location is very close to the Florida Atlantic University campus, The Benjamin School, and William T. Dwyer High School, so we're ready to help service the devices for students coming in to get their devices fixed."

The Northlake location, located next door to the iFixYouri headquarters, will operate as a testing ground for new services and products in addition to a full-service retail and repair location. You might even find Johncke himself instructing new hires on proper customer-service etiquette, something he insists on. "We want to make sure the repair technicians are as respectful as they are knowledgeable," he says. "Customer service is our number one priority. The customers are the ones who have helped us grow over the years. Making sure they are happy is vital to our success."
