BEIJING, China, April 20 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- IFM Investments Limited (NYSE: CTC) ("Century 21 China Real Estate" or the "Company"), a leading comprehensive real estate services provider and the exclusive franchisor for the CENTURY 21(R) brand in China, today announced that the Company has been awarded "2009-2010 China Outstanding Service Industry Franchiser Brand", and two of its regional sub-franchisors, in Chengdu and Tianjin, have each been awarded "2009-2010 China Outstanding Multi-unit (Regional Master) Franchisee" by the China Chain Store and Franchise Association ("CCFA") at the 12th China Franchise Convention in Beijing.

The "China Outstanding Service Industry Franchiser Brand" is awarded mainly based on the level of recent improvement in operations management of the franchise model, feedback from franchisees, and brand reputation during the previous year. The " China Outstanding Multi-unit (Regional Master) Franchisee" is awarded based on quality of service, operational efficiency and financial performance during the previous year.

CCFA is a national non-profit association and the official representative for the retailing and franchise industry in China. CCFA has hosted the annual franchisor awards for the past nine years to honor the outstanding franchise brands in China. Each year, CCFA ranks leading franchise brands across China from service industries based on their level of service quality, operations, management, organizational structure and franchisee size.
