IFS Securities Names Managing Directors For Capital Markets Division

ATLANTA, Oct. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- IFS Securities, an Atlanta-based full-service independent broker-dealer, announces today the appointment of Daniel Padilla as Managing Director, Head of Institutional Equity Trading, and Joseph Libretti as Managing Director, Corporate Advisory.

In his role as Managing Director, Head of Institutional Equity Trading, Padilla will focus on sales and trading services to middle market and large institutional investors throughout North America and internationally. He brings 17 years of experience and fluency in both markets to leading hedge funds, institutions and pension fund managers.

As Managing Director, Corporate Advisory, Libretti will be responsible for assisting institutions; treasury teams; and multi-billion dollar, publicly-traded companies with debt offering strategies and equity market repurchase solutions. His background includes 25 years in financial services.
