IKO Commercial Boosts Reach with Exclusive Independent Sales Agencies in the U.S.

~ Announces Appointment of Six New Sales Agencies Covering Midwest, Northeast, Southeast and South Atlantic Regions ~

WILMINGTON, Del., Feb. 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ - IKO Commercial, a division of IKO Industries, a worldwide leader in the roofing, waterproofing and insulation industries for residential and commercial markets, is hitting the ground running in 2025 with a giant leap in expanding its U.S. market reach. The company has announced the appointment of six new independent sales agencies to strengthen its presence: Kenefic Sales Associates for Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Northern Delaware; Material Sales Midwest for Kansas and Missouri; Comprehensive Roofing Solutions for Northern Illinois, Chicagoland, and Wisconsin; Dynamic Architectural Products for Virginia; Midwest Commercial Roofing for Ohio; and Building Envelope Associates for Florida. In addition, IKO Commercial is pleased to welcome Brett Wildfong as its new corporate salesperson for Michigan.

The new appointments are as follows:

Midwest:

• Comprehensive Roofing Solutions (CRS) – Denny Beckerman & Greg Barnum and their experienced team have been taking care of operations in Northern Illinois, Chicagoland, and Wisconsin since their appointment in October 2024.
• Material Sales Midwest (MSM) – Jim Ganninger who comes with over three decades of industry experience has been responsible for Kansas and Missouri markets since October 2024 along with his team of experts.
• Midwest Commercial Roofing (MCR) – Established in 1990, MCR has been a trusted player in Ohio for 35 years. The company became a recent addition to IKO Commercial in December 2024, with Milo Sanda overseeing the Buckeye State.

 Northeast:

• Kenefic Sales Associates (KSA) – Mike Kenefic and his team will be serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Northern Delaware. Appointed in December 2024, KSA brings extensive industry expertise and established relationships to the region. 

Southeast:

• Building Envelope Associates (BEA) – Bringing over a century of combined team expertise in representing top manufacturers of roofing, waterproofing, and specialty building products, BEA joined IKO Commercial in January 2025. Led by John Massengill, the team will manage sales operations in Florida.

South Atlantic:

• Dynamic Architectural Products (DAP) – DAP has been providing innovative roofing solutions and high-performance building systems for the last 25 years. Brian Jones & Richie Safren along with their team have been serving the Virginia region for IKO Commercial since October 2024.

The new appointments follow a strategic push that began in 2024, during which IKO Commercial announced the addition of MPDL Associates in New York, Conner-Legrand in Northern Texas, and Sonder & Associates in Southern Texas. Sonder & Associates has now expanded its territory into Central Texas and will now also be serving Austin and San Antonio, starting January 2025.
