Iluminage Beauty, a joint venture between Unilever Ventures and Syneron, designs, develops and distributes at-home products derived from professional medical aesthetic devices for skin rejuvenation, hair removal, acne treatment and others.
Cognizant's cloud-based MedVantage solution will enable Iluminage to investigate complaints from across North America more effectively and efficiently, and create reports for enhanced regulatory compliance. It will help Iluminage improve customer and stakeholder responsiveness and accelerate decision-making by enabling separate handling of safety and non-safety complaints, delivering advanced analytics and providing a consistent view of data from multiple systems delivered by powerful real-time dashboards that can be accessed from anywhere.
Developed on the Salesforce1 platform, MedVantage is integrated with Iluminage's Salesforce.com customer relationship management (CRM) platform and compliant with the FDA's 21 CFR Part 11 Rule on electronic records.
