Impact Group Acquires Performance Sales and Marketing

BOISE, Idaho, Aug. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Impact Group, a leading sales and marketing agency for companies in the consumer packaged goods industry, announced today that it acquired Performance Sales and Marketing ("Performance"), a sales and marketing agency based in San Antonio, TX. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Impact Group is owned by CI Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, and Impact Group's management.

Performance is regarded as a leader and trusted adviser in grocery marketing by delivering consistent value to manufacturers and customers. Performance is committed to building brand equity and providing its clients with creative strategy and collaborative planning as they market their products through conventional and specialty retailers.
