IMPAQ Welcomes Mr. Timothy Hill as Senior Vice President, IMPAQ Health

COLUMBIA, Md., April 15, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Mr. Timothy Hill joins IMPAQ International as Senior Vice President, IMPAQ Health. An over 25-year, senior-level career official with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Mr. Hill will help IMPAQ continue innovating as we contribute to the evolution of America's health care system.

Mr. Hill is a highly experienced Federal health policy executive with a successful history of developing and implementing national health policy. He brings to IMPAQ an outstanding policy, financial management, and program implementation background, with a distinguished record of accomplishment at the highest levels of the executive branch, Congress, and oversight agencies.

Prior to joining IMPAQ, Mr. Hill was the Deputy Director for the Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services (CMCS) within the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). In this role, Mr. Hill led activities related to national Medicaid and CHIP policy and program operations and worked closely with states in the implementation of their Medicaid and CHIP programs. In 2004, he was awarded the Presidential Rank Award for outstanding service.

Mr. Hill has been an accountable leader in several senior positions within CMS, including Director of the CMCS Financial Management Group, CMS Chief Financial Officer, Deputy Director of the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight, and Deputy Director of the Center for Medicare.

Mr. Hill earned his bachelor's degree from Northeastern University and his master's degree from the University of Connecticut.
