His Imperial and Most Eminent Highness, Prince Fra' Dr. D. Lee Pippin and his sister, Her Imperial Highness, Princess Michele M. Pippin have pledged over Fourteen Billion Dollars in personal assets for the creation of Versailles America, which will truly be the 8^th wonder of the world.

Versailles America will span almost 3,000 acres of land in the Tampa Bay Area.  The Imperial property will include an Eco-Theme Park.  The star attraction being the Snowdome, which will feature a 1,000 foot high and 6,000 foot long indoor ski slope, the largest in the world, an ice skating rink, a toboggan run and an artic zoo.  The remaining Eco-Domes are the Ocean, Rainforest, Plains and Desert.  The Eco Parks will be surrounded by the biggest shopping mall in the world, with almost 1,200 venues and over 5,000,000 sq. ft. of retail space.  There will be several theme based hotels scattered across the property, as well as, a Parochial Boarding School, a sports complex, an equestrian center and a monastery.  All of these venues and resources are designed to help support the International Medical Research Center, the most significant medical complex on the planet.
