STOCKTON, Calif., Jan. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- In-Shape Health Clubs, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of two key members of their management team, Josh Lyon to SVP of Sales and Ingrid Owen to SVP of Fitness.
Josh joined the In-Shape team in 2014 as VP of Personal Training where he has been instrumental in leading the development and growth of In-Shape's personal training program. Josh has over 15 years of industry experience and prior to joining In-Shape held fitness and executive management positions at 24-Hour Fitness and The Bay Club. As Senior Vice President Sales, Josh will oversee membership sales, fitness sales and corporate accounts.
Ingrid joined the In-Shape team in early 2015 as VP of Group Fitness and has led the growth of In-Shape's fitness programming. Ingrid has over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and prior to joining In-Shape held a variety of leadership positions at 24-Hour Fitness and ran her own fitness consulting business. As Senior Vice President Fitness, Ingrid will oversee all fitness programming including Group Fitness, Personal Training and Small Group Training.

In-Shape has been actively expanding their executive management team, recently hiring Chief People Officer, Julie Baitinger. Julie joined In-Shape in December of 2015 with over 30 years of HR experience at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and Nordstrom. Chief Marketing Officer, Francesca Schuler, joined the company in July. Prior to In-Shape, Francesca held marketing leadership positions at BevMo!, Treasury Wine Estates, Method Products, and Gap, Inc.
