Inception Media Group to Sell Controlling Interest to Cameron Thomson Entertainment

LOS ANGELES, March 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Inception Media Group, LLC, a Los Angeles-based media company specializing in the acquisition, licensing and distribution of motion pictures and other filmed entertainment, has executed a Letter of Intent to sell a controlling interest in the company, including its wholly-owned foreign sales subsidiary, Inception Film Partners, LLC, to Toronto-based Cameron Thomson Entertainment Ltd., a division of Cameron Thomson Group Ltd., and a leading television entertainment firm specializing in developing, financing, producing and distributing international lifestyle, drama, documentary and animation programming for worldwide audiences. Pending satisfactory completion of due diligence the proposed acquisition is expected to close within 45 days.
