InCharge Showcases Bankruptcy Courses at 17th Annual Bankruptcy Institute

Nonprofit organization will exhibit and sponsor at Pennsylvania events in September and October 2012

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- InCharge® Debt Solutions ("InCharge"), a nonprofit credit counseling agency, will be on hand to showcase its bankruptcy courses at the 17th Annual Bankruptcy Institute hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  While the Institutes will be held throughout the Keystone State, InCharge will be an exhibitor and sponsor at the September 20, 2012 event in Philadelphia as well as the October 9, 2012 gathering in Mechanicsburg.

InCharge will be showcasing its Pre-Filing Credit Counseling, and Pre-Discharge Debtor Education courses on both occasions.  The courses can be found online at www.PersonalFinanceEducation.com.  InCharge, with its affiliate InCharge Education Foundation, has helped clients complete over 1 million bankruptcy courses. 

Educational sessions at these Institutes will include an introduction to consumer practice, what you need to know about means testing, "how to" workshops, and case updates using examples such as Stern v. Marshall.  Expected to attend will be bankruptcy trustees, attorneys, and representatives from organizations like InCharge Debt Solutions that offer vital services to those consumers needing bankruptcy courses and counseling.
