Independent Broker Dealer, Prospera Financial Services, Develops New Innovative Advisor Software Tool
DALLAS, April 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Prospera Financial Services (Prospera) is proud to announce the rollout of advisor platform, COREngine, developed by Sycamore Company on the Salesforce App Cloud. Pilot testing of the software will begin in April 2016 with a general rollout to follow shortly thereafter. COREngine will provide Prospera advisors with a single technology platform to access Prospera's proprietary tools, third-party vendors and data from multiple custodians. Prospera, a privately held company, is a Texas-based financial firm founded in 1982 as a full-service, boutique broker-dealer and support organization for successful independent Financial Professionals across the country.
Prospera has partnered with Sycamore Company, a software development company that has developed a Salesforce-based, integrated front- and back-office platform for broker-dealers and RIAs. Sycamore and Prospera have worked together to develop a program tailored to fit the needs of both advisors and Prospera's back office staff to process business more efficiently and consistently with an eye towards the future.
Phase one of COREngine will feature a suite of tools to help automate the direct business process of advisors and staff alike. The platform includes a Customer Relationship Management tool, allowing advisors to easily manage and track client interactions, online document storage and data aggregation that will allow advisors visibility of their entire book of business across custodians. COREngine also provides real-time reports and analytics, auto-form filling through LaserApp, and customized work-flow processes, giving the opportunity to track business every step of the way. COREngine also features a mobile app, allowing advisors to get business done on the move from their smartphones or tablets.
Future phases of COREngine will include a complete paperless universe with support of E-Signature, an integrated commission system, straight-through processing for all business, mail merge for regulatory mailings and further integration of certain third party vendors including AI Insight, CSI WatchDOG®Elite and Litmos by Callidus Cloud. These phases are expected to launch later in 2016 and into 2017.
