INDUS Corporation Strengthens Health IT Team

VIENNA, Va., June 13, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- INDUS Corporation (INDUS), a leading Federal Information Technology (IT) solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Richard McKay to the position of Director, Health Informatics and Technology.  In this role, McKay will report directly to Justin Brown, INDUS' Vice President of Civilian Agency Programs, and will spearhead INDUS' growing support of the nation's health research and health care programs at DHHS.  McKay brings more than 30 years of combined government and industry experience in the federal space to INDUS.

Mr. McKay's federal experience includes his leadership as the Chief Information Officer for seven of his nine years at the Center for Scientific Review at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and eight years providing enterprise architecture management to the Executive Office of the President. Additionally, he has a strong background in business process analysis and modeling, economic analyses, requirements analyses, and project management.
