The seminars cover an extensive breadth of topics including alternative workplace strategies (AWS), sustainability, design trends, and the company's new surface and panel fabric platform.
The speaking series features prominent industry experts Eva Maddox and Eileen Jones, Dr. Tim Springer, David Allan Pesso, and Susan Szenasy. Each speaker will give a 30 to 60 minute presentation.

Dr. Tim Springer, president of the Human Environment Research Organization (HERO), is recognized as a top expert on work behavior and the work environment. His presentation covers the importance of understanding the interaction of workplaces and human behavior, in order to find solutions that help increase performance.
June 14, 3 and 5 p.m., Aligning Relevant and Sustainable Surface Materials,
Perkins+Will Design Principals, Eva Maddox and Eileen Jones, will discuss the selection process of seating and panel fabrics to meet rigorous quality and sustainability standards. Design team members Liz Potaker and Lynette Klein will also participate in the presentation.

David Allan Pesso, founder and managing principal of New Studio, LLC, is an award-winning designer who has worked in the contract furnishing industry for more than 20 years. Pesso's presentation highlights sources of inspiration in the design process and working as a strategic partner with a manufacturer.
June 15, 3 p.m., Brilliant Simplicity,
Susan S. Szenasy, editor-in-chief of Metropolis, is internationally recognized as an authority on sustainability and design. In honor of Kimball Office's 40th anniversary, Szenasy's presentation will cover the future of sustainability and feature a short film entitled Brilliant Simplicity.
