Industry Veteran John Williams Joins Reduxio Systems as President

Reduxio Systems, a next-generation super-efficient hybrid storage innovator, announced today that John Williams has joined Reduxio as President to lead its field strategy and operations, building Reduxio's worldwide sales organization and channel business.

Mr. Williams joins Reduxio after a long career building businesses from scratch. As a 25-year veteran of the storage and application acceleration industry John has held technical, sales and executive roles in NetApp, F5 Networks, 3Com, Auspex and Swan Labs.

John was one of NetApp's first 50 employees, served as VP EMEA, and founded a business unit that grew annual sales to over $1B.

John was one of NetApp's first 50 employees. As one of its very first employees overseas, he was key to NetApp's early successes in Europe and promoted to VP EMEA. He led sales for the NetCache Business Unit driving revenue to over $100M and #1 market share. Under his leadership NetApp's Content Delivery Business Unit was founded, growing to annual sales of over $1B.

John also served as VP EMEA for F5 Networks, doubling revenue to over $200M in just three years. Prior to F5 Networks, John served as VP Worldwide Sales at Swan Labs where he rebuilt the sales organization leading to a successful acquisition by F5.
