Inference Studio 5.0 is already resold by dozens of telecommunications carriers across the globe, but this release is the first to feature dedicated points-of-presence in the UK.
Studio 5.0 allows carriers and their customers to build customer engagement solutions via a fully hosted drag-and-drop service creation environment. The platform supports multiple channels including voice, SMS and even workflow automation using event data from the carrier core telephony switches.
Using Studio customers can build services in a matter of seconds and deploy them to the carrier network of their choice. The company signed its first UK Carrier resellers in November and expects significant uptake of the platform after a steady stream of partner inquiries from across the UK.
The launch of the UK points-of-presence follows the OEM agreement entered into by BroadSoft in August this year. Inference Studio is now resold by BroadSoft as part of their CC-One product offering to provide complex IVR functionality along with other capabilities such as Speech Recognition, Voice Biometrics and multi-lingual Text-to-Speech.
