Infiniti Financial Services Most Improved In Prime Retail Credit Segment In J.D. Power Dealer Finance Ranking

NASHVILLE, Tenn., July 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Infiniti Financial Services (IFS) is the most improved in the industry for prime retail credit according to the J.D. Power Dealer Financing Satisfaction ratings for 2013. IFS jumped to sixth place out of 32 from an overall ranking of 25 out of 30 last year in the Prime Retail Credit segment, increasing 50 points from 2012. IFS also increased its score by 17 points in retail leasing moving up to fourth place out of 13 compared to sixth place out of 14 last year.

The study surveyed more than 3,000 dealer principals and measured satisfaction levels in certain areas.
