Alec has more than 20 years of experience in business development, partnership, product development and professional services, including 11 years at Comverse, a leading vendor of network-based multimedia enhanced communication and billing services for carriers. At Comverse, Alec was Vice President in charge of business development, marketing and selling services to customers and partners in the Americas. Prior to Comverse, Alec served as Vice President of Product Development at Callware Technologies, a unified messaging software company where he was responsible for developing an award winning product line. Prior to Callware, Alec founded and served as President and CEO of SoftTalk, a call-management software vendor.
