InfoReliance Gains AWS Managed Service Program Status for Third Consecutive Year
Certification confirms InfoReliance as a top-tier provider of technical and business support for AWS Cloud Services
FAIRFAX, Va., June 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- InfoReliance has been named an approved Amazon Web Services (AWS) Managed Service Provider (MSP) for the third consecutive year. Through the agreement, InfoReliance will continue to provide technical and business benefits to deliver cloud services as managed business solutions to AWS customers.
To attain this certification, InfoReliance underwent a third-party audit evaluation of the Company's ability to provide integrated consulting and technology solutions that deliver value to customers through the complete cloud infrastructure and application migration life-cycles, from design and implementation to management and support.
The AWS Managed Service Program (MSP) recognizes partners that are skilled at cloud infrastructure and application migration, and deliver value to customers by offering proactive monitoring, automation, and management of their customers' environments.
The AWS MSP program required InfoReliance to meet certain criteria and demonstrate that it has specific capabilities, processes, frameworks, and methodologies in place to excel at offering customers secure, fully managed cloud solutions in the AWS platform. The required criteria cover Security, Service Desk/Customer Support, Service Level Agreements, Customer Obsession, and Service Reporting across all of the AWS core services platform.
In addition, AWS also recognizes MSP partners for business capabilities based on application migration, hybrid IT expertise, custom application development, and industry expertise and technical capabilities based on application development, data management, mobile apps and end-user support.
InfoReliance was among the first companies to earn this certification when the AWS MSP program was first announced, and is now one of only twenty-three companies in the U.S. to be a member.
