Ingo Hilgefort Joins Visual BI as Vice President for Product Management
PLANO, Texas, Jan. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Visual BI Solutions, a leader in business intelligence and analytics solutions, announced today that Ingo Hilgefort had joined the company as Vice President of Product Management, reporting to Visual BI CEO Gopal Krishnamurthy. Hilgefort will oversee the company's product management strategy with his primary focus area being SAP based products, such as DSX extensions for SAP Design Studio and Lumira CVOM Extensions, developed and delivered by Visual BI. Hilgefort will be based out of Canada and will also be driving the Canadian Enterprise BI business for Visual BI.

Hilgefort was most recently Senior Director of Solution Management in the Cloud Delivery Unit at SAP and has spent over 15 years at SAP. He joined SAP from the Crystal Decisions and BusinessObjects acquisitions and has worked most of his time on the integration of SAP BusinessObjects BI solutions with SAP landscapes such as SAP NetWeaver BW, SAP NetWeaver BW on SAP HANA, and SAP HANA.
In addition to his experience in product management and engineering, Hilgefort has been involved in delivering SAP Business Objects BI deployments combined with SAP systems for a number of worldwide customers. He has also been recognized by the SAP community as a mentor for SAP Business Objects BI and SAP integration-related topics.
