Three Specialized Companies Join Forces Under a Single Platform to Serve Medical, Aerospace & Defense, Semiconductor, and Industrial Markets

STERLING, Mass., April 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Innofiber, Acrolite, and PAVE Technology Co. today announced the completion of their merger to form Connexis Group Inc., a new interconnect solutions platform bringing together decades of specialized engineering expertise across three complementary businesses. Each company will continue to operate under its established brand, maintaining customer relationships, capabilities, and market focus that define their individual identities — now with the added strength and resources of a unified organization behind them. Innofiber and Acrolite merged in April 2025, with PAVE joining in December 2025.
