Innovari, Inc. Appoints Mike Guerchon as Chief People Officer
Accomplished Leader of Culture Evolutions at Growth-Oriented Technology Companies
PORTLAND, Ore., Oct. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Innovari, Inc. (www.innovari.com) has announced that Mike Guerchon has joined the company as its new Chief People Officer. Mike will be focused on building dynamic teams of high-performing people and shaping the culture of Innovari's rapidly growing worldwide organization. He will serve on the senior executive leadership team that focuses on the long-term growth and strategy of the company.
Mike is an accomplished human resources and workplace executive with over 25 years of experience in both ground level start-ups and global public companies. He has led organization transformations in recruiting, leadership development, training, employee relations, compensation, performance management and engagement. At Riverbed Technology, Mike helped lead the organization through its IPO and rapid growth in revenue from $2 million to $1.2 billion while growing their employee team from 60 to 2,800. While at Riverbed, the company was recognized in 2014 as #4 in the world in Glassdoor's rating of "Culture and Values" and in the top 20 worldwide for 2013 and 2014 for "Best Place to Work."

Mike studied Finance at the University of Arizona and Arts Management at Northern Arizona University.
