Innovid's Advanced Video Ad Server Achieves Media Rating Council Accreditation

NEW YORK, Jan. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Innovid, the technology platform delivering immersive video advertising anywhere, today announces the receipt of accreditation by the Media Rating Council (MRC) for its advanced Video Ad Server's digital video and display advertising impression measurements.  This accreditation further establishes the credibility of Innovid's ad serving and analytics, an important distinction within today's competitive measurement landscape.

As the industry group that audits and accredits media measurement services, MRC accreditation certifies that Innovid's digital video and display ad impression statistics comply with the Minimum Standards for Media Rating Research published by the MRC, as well as the Ad Impression Measurement Guidelines of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB).   To achieve this accreditation, the MRC requires companies to complete rigorous audits and evaluation by a team of third party CPAs to assess compliance.  Innovid completed this voluntary audit and the subsequent evaluation of the audit's results by the MRC, and received approval for accreditation by the organization's Board of Directors.
