Intelligent Electronics Management Technology Company Announces Peter Janico and Jim Ulam

Janico, charged with leading Innovolt's sales and marketing teams, has more than 20 years of experience successfully leading and increasing company's sales organizations, including leadership roles at Xerox and Oracle. Most recently, Janico was the Executive Vice President of global sales and sales operations at Bomgar, where he grew revenue by 10 times during a five year period. During his time at Bomgar, Janico multiplied the organization's customer base by more than five times, which led to the company being recognized as one of the fastest growing software companies on the INC 500 list.
Ulam joined Innovolt after more than 16 years of serving as General Counsel for leading technology companies. Prior to Innovolt, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for SecureWorks, an information security provider. During Ulam's time at SecureWorks, the company experienced explosive growth and was acquired by Dell Inc. in February 2011. His previous experience also includes VeriSign, Inc., where Ulam was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and started the company's legal department. During his time at VeriSign he built a strong team of lawyers that handled more than 50 acquisitions. Ulam also served as the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for Network Solutions.
