Radius monitors Inovonics' end devices, interfaces to fire, access control and environmental systems and provides instant notification to security alert devices. It can determine the location of a mobile emergency call within a campus or building setting. An embedded server manages both monitoring and mass notification, and the Inovonics network then communicates critical events and data to the proper personnel. It has the ability to route alerts to individuals or groups. Radius also can send recurring events and messages, such as maintenance reminders, one-time instant messages, and office closures due to weather. The product can work alone or be integrated with other safety and security systems.
