INSPIRED SIGNS CONTRACT WITH RUSH STREET INTERACTIVE TO ROLL OUT POPULAR TITLES TO ONLINE CASINO

NEW YORK, Dec. 22, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Inspired Entertainment, Inc. ("Inspired") (NASDAQ: INSE), a leading B2B provider of gaming content, systems and solutions, signed a framework agreement to supply its Interactive games to Rush Street Interactive ("RSI") (NYSE: RSI), a leader in online casino and sports betting in the U.S.  Following the execution of this contract, Inspired's Interactive content will be integrated onto the RSI game platform and its popular games will be made available in multiple North American jurisdictions, including New Jersey, Michigan and West Virginia.   

Inspired's Interactive games have developed a following in North America and are now available in New Jersey and Michigan and are coming soon to West Virginia.  RSI will launch with four of Inspired's titles, including Santa King Megaways™ and Christmas Cashpots™ as well as its mega-hit Big Spin Bonus™, which is Inspired's top performer in the North American market and has proven extremely popular with players.
