Insurance Networking News Names Carrie Burns Editor-in-Chief

NEW YORK, April 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- (http://www.myprgenie.com) -- SourceMedia announced today that Carrie Burns has been appointed Editor-in-Chief of Insurance Networking News (INN), the leading information resource for insurance executives overseeing information technology. As Editor-in-Chief, Burns is responsible for expanding the group's digital, print, research and social media initiatives.

Burns' promotion follows a six-year tenure on INN's editorial team. She has also been Editor of Health Data Management, another SourceMedia brand, and Managing Editor of Scranton Gillette Communications' GPN magazine.
