This year Glassdoor released rankings of the Highest Rated CEOs in the United States for both large (1,000 or more employees) and SMB employers (less than 1,000 employees), along with the Highest Rated CEOs in the United Kingdom.

CEO approval ratings are gathered through Glassdoor's online company review survey which seeks to gain employee sentiment about the work environment and culture of their current or recent employer. Employees are asked to rate a number of factors related to the job and company including how satisfied they are with the job and company along with key workplace facets like compensation and benefits as well as work-life balance.
