Intacct was named a Leader in the latest Accounting Software Grid™ report from G2 Crowd, a leading business software review platform. Intacct was the only midmarket solution to earn this distinction. The Winter 2016 report, which is based on authenticated user reviews, also named Intacct the overall customer satisfaction leader with a score of 97-- easily outpacing the satisfaction scores from solutions including FinancialForce (65), Sage 100 ERP (48), NetSuite (45), and Microsoft Dynamics GP (14).
Intacct's scores were based on a total of 234 customer reviews--nearly double the next closest competitor--providing a rich data pool. Intacct scored well in all feature categories, including key areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Multi-Entity/Consolidations, Reporting/Analytics, and Platform Performance and Reliability. In addition, 89% of Intacct users rated the product with either 4 or 5 stars and 96% of users believe the product is headed in the right direction.
