ISO 20000 is a worldwide standard to measure and support best practices in IT Service Management and describes an integrated set of management processes for the effective delivery of IT services to customers. Achieving ISO 20000 certification provides evidence about the quality of services being delivered by IT service providers to their customers and demonstrates compliance to an internationally recognized standard. This certification of Intelligroup was granted by an independent body after rigorous audits and assessments of processes used to deliver IT Services.
