Intended Purchases of Ordinary Shares to Satisfy Non-Employee Directors' Awards

One of Burford's joint brokers, Numis Securities Limited (trading as Deutsche Numis), will purchase the Shares on Burford's behalf, pursuant to an instruction to purchase 29,227 Shares at an approximate aggregate market value of £274,000 based on the closing price on the London Stock Exchange on June 4, 2025.
