Interim Healthcare Honors American Heart Month with Debut of Second Video in Documentary Series

SUNRISE, Fla., Feb. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Interim HealthCare, the nation's first and finest healthcare and in-home senior care franchise company, recently launched the second of its eight-part documentary series for 2011.  In honor of American Heart Month, this video highlights the importance of the education and follow-up care that a senior woman receives in-home after an aortic valve repair.

The video is now available for viewing on Interim HealthCare's YouTube channel www.youtube.com/interimhealthcare and Facebook page www.fb.com/interimhealthcare.  It focuses on Living with Heart Failure and highlights patient Delores Sherman, who is recuperating at home after open heart surgery for aortic stenosis.  During the documentary, Care Professional Robert Adams, RN, shares the importance of maintaining activity level in order to return to living a normal life again weeks after surgery.  Sherman's husband states that the education Interim provides, along with the availability of 24-hour assistance, has made all of the difference in his wife's recovery.
